| Will my credit card be charged immediately? |

We charge cards when the order is placed to avoid fraudulent transactions. All of our products ship with in 30 days, most items are dispatched immediately or within 2 - 3 business days. |
| Can you ship to an international address? |

Yes, We ship all over the world. For all non US destinations we use FedEx (Express) shipping and Registered Mail.. Back to top |

We regret that at this time we do not ship to multiple addresses on one order. However, you can place separate orders. Back to top |
| If I send a gift, will the recipient see how much it cost? |
No, the recipient will receive a packing slip with the parcel indicating who sent the gift and any gift message you want to include. There is a text entry box on the order form where you can include a gift message. Back to top |
| Do you offer a gift-wrapping service? |

We regret that at this time, we do not offer a gift-wrapping service. However, there is a box on the order form where you can include a gift message. The recipient will receive a packing slip with the parcel indicating who sent the gift and any gift message you want to include. Back to top |
| Shipping options, Delivery times and Rates? |

Delivering to USA:
We offer two shipping services - Both with Flat Rate Shipping charges. (note: watch out for free shipping on certain items!)
Economy - delivery is by UPS Ground - Flat Rate Charge $9.00 Please allow 10 - 14 business days as this service also has to go through US Customs. Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as orders exit customs.
FedEx - Express shipping service -delivery anywhere across US within 2-3 business days. This service costs a flat rate of $28, no matter how many items you order!
Please note that we pay all import duties and sales taxes on parcels throughout the US, so there's nothing to pay when the parcel arrives!
Delivering to Europe:
FedEx Express shipping service -delivery within 2-3 days. Duties and taxes are not applicable within EU.
Delivering to Ireland:
Choose the FedEx option, we have a flat rate of just $6 shipping within Ireland! (Irish deliveries are now delivered by Registered Post)
Delivery to other Destinations:
FedEx Express shipping service - delivery usually within 7 business days for most other countries.
Please note that the recipient may be liable to pay duties and taxes depending on customs regulations within each country outside of the US. Back to top |
| Once I have my tracking number, how do I track my order? |
You will find the FedEx or UPS tracking number in the email we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at www.fedex.com or www.ups.com to check the status of your order online. Back to top |

| I didn't get what I ordered, what do I do? |
The CladdaghShop Packing Department take every care when packing your order. In the rare event that a customer receives the wrong item, the item is returned to CladdaghShop and the postage for this is refunded to the customer's card. The correct item is then shipped along with a free gift. Back to top |
| My item arrived damaged, what do I do? |
The CladdaghShop Packing Department take every care when packing your order. However, on rare occasions, an item may become damaged in transit. In such an event, simply contact us with details and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Back to top |
